The increased ticket price this year reflects the urgency of this moment and the real resources it takes to help pro-choice women win in election years. All event proceeds will go into our PAC fund, which ensures that all women endorsed my MWPAC receive the maximum financial support. It will also ensure that our values are defended and amplified by leaders who will stand up for us when it counts.
Even here in Marin, we can’t afford complacency. All pro-choice candidates, but especially women running for office are facing a national political climate that is increasingly hostile to them and to reproductive freedom. This fundraiser directly supports those who are stepping up to lead, protect bodily autonomy, and represent our values at every level of government.
